·First
timers will be asked to spend at least an hour playing on a practice piece before quilting on
your own quilt.
·Rental
time is on an hourly basis of $15/hour prorated by increments of 15
minutes (Example: 9am-12:45pm=3.45 hrs which totals $56.25 plus tax)
Payment is required when you finish your quilt.
·Rental
time will be estimated based on the size of the quilt and scheduled
accordingly
(if you exceed your estimated rental time, you will be charged for
the amount of time it takes to quilt your quilt including load time).
·If
the person before you exceeds their rental time slot by more than an hour, you
will have the option of keeping your slot for that day or reschedule at the next
available time.
·I
will help you load your quilt and be available at all times during your
designated time slot.
·If
you need to cancel or reschedule your rental spot for any reason, please
notify me ASAP so I may have enough time to fill the slot.
Rescheduled slots will be based on the next available slot.
·Thread
that I carry in stock will be the only thread to be used on the machine.
I have over 100 colors of solids & variegated to choose from.
·Batting
& backing is not included. You
may bring your own or I can provide it for
an additional fee.
·Quilting
will be done with a very basic & simple pattern ie meandering or loopy
meandering (pantographs or custom work is not included in this program).
·If
you feel comfortable doing something more than meandering or loopy
meandering such as leaves or flowers…feel free to do so.
·This
program is not meant to be a longarm training class. If you are interested in longarm training classes, ask
for info on our Longarm Training Center.
NOTE:
The quilting on your quilt will be
based primarily on your abilities on the machine…remember, you’re the one
quilting it.
